Forner® Scratch Resistant high-gloss acrylic boards feature enhanced scratch resistance. The standard size of the high-gloss boards produced by Forner is 2800 x 1300 mm, though other sizes can also be ordered.

SPECIFICATION OF SENOSAN® HIGH-GLOSS PANELS
The boards are manufactured by our company using 18mm thick MDF as the base. The SENOSAN® line consists of high-gloss acrylic boards with very high scratch resistance. The front of the board is laminated with scratch-resistant acrylic foils from the Austrian company SENOSAN®. The back of the board is made of white PVC foil, which is anti-warping and waterproof. We use only waterproof PUR glue for pressing the boards.
Board dimensions: 2800 x 1300 x 19.1 – 19.4 mm*
*The final thickness of the board varies by 0.3 mm due to the different thicknesses of the foils depending on the color:
- White, beige, and light gray – 0.7 mm
- Intense colors – 0.8 mm
- Metallic colors – 1.0 mm
